Shipping & Returns


ChurchFurniture1 provides flat rate shipping on most all church chairs, restaurant chairs, office chairs and commercial seating. Some chairs are priced with free shipping and should be indicated as such. Other chairs have a fixed flat rate shipping marked as so due to location you are in or distance from warehousing facility. Free shipping on some bulk orders or sets is available but will need to be quoted with your rep. 

World and Zone rate Flat Shipping are different. If you are Outside of the United States a flat fee is applied for shipping a minimum bulk order of church chairs which may actually be a Variable costs associated with the actual receipt of delivery of your church chairs and you the customer are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees associated with your order as well as reroutes, liftgate service, miscellaneous fees or re-delivery costs associated with your order for any reason. Any variation in cost can be discussed via phone with your ChurchFurniture1 sales representative. Chairs ship from warehouse in Virginia in most cases. A tentative date subject to change will be provided upon purchase, standard shipping time is 4-6 weeks for in stock items, 90 days can be allotted for produced items. A driver will call you within 24 hours of the date of delivery to allow for his load to be received you will need to have individuals available for receipt. Refer to previous fees associated with your order upon scheduling a redelivery.

All Zone Flat rates are flexible, meaning, your chairs will be scheduled for delivery to your area with other churches chairs on the semi truck as well. This means that you must be flexible in time and dates of receiving your church chairs and if you wish to specify a specific time and date then to please indicate so at time of purchase and your organization will be charged accordingly as well if you choose not to accept receipt upon driver presence. Contact your sales representative to work out those details. Returns Policy

Here at We do not at this time or have ever in the past accepted returns due to the nature size and capacity of church chairs and our other products and services. However, In the situation that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we do have the ability to help you sale the church chairs you have purchased and you may purchase other church chairs from us or another retailer regardless of use of products. All Sales are final and non refundable. Once your payment has been processed no order can be canceled upon receipt. Payment in full warrants customer accepting of these terms and conditions disclosed within the ChurchFurniture1 shipping and returns policy.

If you feel that you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to resale items from your order. In the case of a single chair or up to 10 chairs being damaged you must notate all damages on the delivery slip and take photos of the damage at which point we do have in some cases the ability to either refund or replace those chairs or miscellaneous parts. There are also in some cases
warranty claims, if you feel you have an warranty claim contact us asap. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve all warranty claims. In all cases Warranties cover Manufacturers Defect for a specified amount of time (lifetime is considered a period of time of 10 years or more) Warranty does not cover misuse, damage from handling, receiving, storing or transporting your church chairs in a way in which could be perceived as not considered normal indoor use. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Warranty is covered to the original purchaser for a limited period of time under normal indoor use conditions and artificial light sources only. Note: Sun damage via window panes, etc is not covered. ChurchFurniture1 is not the sole producer of church chairs and damages considered to be manufacturer in nature are covered at and by the discretion of the manufacturer be it all parts, components, steel frames, assembly, foam, finish or fabric issues. This warranty information applies to all seating, upholstery, pews and other services in relation to warranty coverage of ChurchFurniture1 (CF1) products. Within 48 hours of payment in full, those moneys are used to purchase materials, place production and arrange delivery of your order. 

Internet Purchases fall under Federal Law not State. Federal Regulations allows you 72 hours to cancel orders before production is in full swing, this serves as notice of copy of cancellation policy. You must notify us within that 3 day period in writing of cancellation. ChurchFurniture1 is acting in a nonprofit capacity and all cancellations are subject to a restocking fee for materials and parts, labor and components as well as a  restocking fee from the manufacturer.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We quote based on the tables shown above for most all deliveries unless otherwise noted or for orders of 400 or more, we utilize insured freight furniture specialists who are professional and courteous with their time please do however keep in mind they are a separate entity from ChurchFurniture1 with separate schedules and policies.

For smaller loads we often use LTL (less than truckload) semi delivery or Fed ex.

You the customer are free to choose any method or shipping you prefer or arrange your own please specify so prior to payment full of order.
